Behind the map

About ScratchTrail

Your city has more to offer than your usual route. ScratchTrail makes finding it a little more hands-on: a scratch-off map poster with local-recommended gems hidden beneath the surface.

Scratch. Scan. Explore.

Uncover a spot, scan its QR code, and open the details. A taco truck, a rooftop view, a quiet trail—each discovery is a reason to get out the door. As you explore, your poster becomes a record of the places you’ve uncovered.

Local knowledge comes first

We’re building one city at a time, with recommendations rooted in local knowledge. Sponsored spots will be clearly labeled, so you can tell a paid placement from a local recommendation.

Made to share

Give a poster to a traveler or someone settling into a new city. Compare discoveries with friends, film your next scratch, or simply keep your progress on the wall. There’s no race to finish. The point is to go.
